Chihuly Museum and Garden moving along

Seattle National Public Radio's Megan Walker is reporting this morning that the Chihuly project at Seattle Center awaits approval by the City Council and the Mayor. If approved it will begin construction in the fall. Concerns by one city council member are that the lease is 30 years long and the lease is with two private families, the Wright family and the Chihuly family.

This spring and summer will hold some interesting debate for Seattle on the subject of glass.
