If you have a Mac it requires that you install Flip4Mac to watch the Windows Media Player video stream from the hot shop on your Mac's Quicktime player. One issue with the software is that it won't play any Window's Media files that are DRM'd (Digital Rights Management), files whose access is controlled in an attempt at protecting copyright. But, Mac's won't play these Window's files anyway, so downloading Flip4Mac will only expand and not reduce what you are able to watch. It's free on the Telestream website.
